They fixed my air conditioner in early April, and less than 2 months later my air conditioner broke again. I was informed everything was originally fixed, except the compressor, despite the fact that I had multiple huge leaks. Now all the work done somehow broke down, and I have no working air, and I'm out over a grand. The air compressor was reportedly, "fine," and was not replaced originally, but somehow broke less than two months after repairs, thus my warranty doesn't cover it. I took it to a place out of state, where I reside now, to assess, and the 2nd mechanic informed he didn't understand why they wouldn't replace the compressor, if they were fixing everything else. I called buckeye, and spoke with Joe, who informed he would speak to a representative on my behalf, to see if there is anything they can do to rectify the situation. I did not hear back from him. After several calls, and a couple of voicemails later, I realized I was being ghosted. To not have the decency to speak to a high paying customer, who was informed advocacy would be executed for my situation, is emotionally immature, and bad customer service. Don't waste your time.

This place is amazing. I received some of the best customer service I have had in years, extremely professional and on top of things. I took my 2015 Dodge Dart in with some issues, I purchased the car from a salvage yard over a year ago and had not had any work done on it aside from brakes. They did an inspection and found a few things needing maintenance, and they had multiple conversations with me educating me on the issues. They gave me a hierarchy of what needed addressed first and were extremely honest. There were a couple of opportunities where they could have taken advantage of me, and they didn’t. I can’t stress how honest these guys are, I felt looked out for. Their prices are fair and the work done on my car was great.

Spent $1741.00🤔🤯🧐🥺🥹😭😤 Well the first time it rained I only had one working wiper when I took it back, I was told I would need to make an appointment. They would have an opening in about 5days. A few days after that it was a little too warm 🥵 for me. I turned on my A/C It's flashing and no cold 🥶 air! Both things were working perfectly okay 🥺🥹🧐😭 B 4 I took my car there!!! I'm disabled with MS I live on $2000. a month, and I paid them $1741. for the car 🤯🤯🤯. I 🤔 thought they were different when it comes to a simple woman alone at the mechanic BUT THEY JUST LIKE THE REST. I should have went to the Chevy Dealer where you get a guarantee of work!

Buckeye auto is very honest. They dont try to force you to fix something that isn't broken. The past time I was there this elderly woman came in and I watched them go above and beyond for her. I always feel safe on the road after they inspect my car. Will never go elsewhere!

My wife swears by this company. Our insurance company had us take her vehicle somewhere else. When all was said and done, Buckeye to the rescue. The work ethic of these folks are beyond measure! The honesty is impeccable! Our experience with them has created lifetime customers in us. Truly a rare experience! Customer service like this just doesn’t exist in most places anymore!!!!!
